PHD start transformation of 3.5 hectare West London industrial site.
The Great West Quarter is tasked with transforming a disused 3.5 hectare pharmaceutical site into 700 new homes, spaced across 18 buildings, including a 30 storey tower block.
This grand urban regeneration project will also produce a central plaza surrounded with shops, bars, cafes and other various leisure facilities including a hotel. Upon completion Brentford will be converted into a completely new destination.
Such is the confidence that this site will be a success, Barratt’s have relocated their regional and divisional offices to GWQ.
PHD were awarded the scaffold and access package utilising a collaboration of efficient solutions to safely service the challenging site constraints that include grade II listed buildings, boundaries to mainline rail and the interchange with the busy A4 Viaduct.
Through our diverse product portfolio we have been able to deliver a variety of site options including system scaffold, Mast Climbers and mechanical Hoists.
