Thales is a world leader in ATM systems & civil radars and navigation aids market.
Project Sapphire was tasked with providing ultra-high tech facilities for aerospace, defence and security operations and was once a hidden gem until our client Thales chose it as the location to launch it’s new modular design full-flight simulator.
Now the ‘Top Secret’ tape has been removed, PHD are pleased to be able to document such a specialist access project in our aviation portfolio.
Due to the very nature of this project, at planning stage there were a number of demanding, complex and unprecedented challenges.
PHD’s Aviation Division, led by Ian Jermon & Steve Pollecutt, were able to draw upon their specialist credentials, producing a series of innovative and bespoke access solutions to achieve the goals of this unique and challenging project.
