NASC AWARDS 2022

This year’s black tie NASC Awards saw PHD Access as the proud winner of the Large Project of the Year Award!

LARGE PROJECT OF THE YEAR AWARD

On Friday the 18th of November, we were lucky enough to attend the annual NASC Ball & Awards ceremony in central London. The event itself was incredible, with a real attention to detail, and a fantastic live band. We enjoyed drinks followed by a fine-dining three-course meal and were all surprised to see TV star and author David Walliams appear and host the awards.

The project we had entered for the Large Project of the Year Award was none other than our work at HMS Victory. The project itself is quite unique, with the scaffold not only needing to fit around the complex shape of the boat, but needing to be accessible to the public, as the National Museum of the Royal Navy wanted the repairs to be a visitor experience. We were delighted to have been shortlisted for the award and even more so when we had been announced as winners!

Congratulations to all the winners and runners-up, as per usual the standards were very high!
