Construction being a male dominated industry means workers are less likely to talk about any problems that they are facing, especially those regarding poor mental health. At PHD we believe good emotional, physical and financial wellbeing is important, and want to make a difference to the lives of construction workers and their families. For this reason, we have chosen to support the Lighthouse Charity as they are serious about raising awareness on a range of issues within the construction industry and encourage those who need help to reach out for support.
