One Hyde Park is one of the most iconic residential buildings in the world. These bespoke apartments are presently the most expensive and sought after on the planet. Located in the heart of London’s Knightsbridge, the south side of this flagship development is opposite the world renowned Harrods Store; whilst the north face overlooks the beautiful settings of Hyde Park. Apart from single units being sold in excess of £100m each, bullet proof windows, purified air systems, panic rooms and a private underground passage providing direct access to room service from the neighbouring Mandarin Oriental, are all part of the standard specification.
SPECIFICATIONS
PHD were appointed to supply a variety of heavy duty loading bays, staircases and access towers which were delivered in galvanised Layher system scaffold. PHD’s sister company ‘Iron Man’ supplied and installed all the heavy duty steel gantries on the north side of the development.
