Sir Robert Mc Alpine’s Bloomberg Place project is the largest development in The City of London and PHD Modular Access have secured the access & scaffold package from valued logistics client, Avondale Construction Ltd.
PHD’s works comprise of a Public pedestrian access and goods loading gantry over Cannon Street ( 117m x 3m x 4m high) and Queen Victoria Street (87m x 3m x 4m high).
This enables safe access to the perimeter of the massive site in the middle of The City for the Public as well as the safe unloading and distribution of materials into the site which has the full footprint maintained for construction purposes.
The building will provide 9,290 sq m of office space across two buildings connected by a covered arcade. One of the two buildings will be the new European Headquarters for Bloomberg L.P.
The building is due to complete ready for occupation by Bloomberg in 2016.
