Location: Various sites in North, East, South and West London
Contract Length: Full-time position
Reporting to: Site Project Manager
Starting: £25,000

Qualification Requirements:
HND/HNC/Degree in a Construction Related Field

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Site Project Manager with:

  • Liaising with the client, contractors and designers
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc
  • Preparing written project communication materials
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports
  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
  • Tracking and documenting changes
  • Producing project plans
  • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other key performance indicators
  • Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etc
  • Inputting key information into the internal database

The successful candidate will help with planning, logistics, ordering materials, working in line with a program and recording daily activities and liaising with our commercial/design/safety and logistics departments. A full training program will be discussed with the successful candidate with the vision that this junior project manager will become a divisional manager/director for the company. It is envisaged that a sound knowledge of building regulations, and Health and Safety legislation will further be enhanced .

Scaffold industry specialist training will be provided.
