We’re looking to recruit from the military talent pool

If you are one of the 14,000 people who leave the military every year or a reservist, PHD Modular Access Services can help you make the most of your skills and experience.

In May, we signed the Armed Forces Covenant, and engaged with the Ministry of Defence’s official provider of Armed Forces resettlement, the Career Transition Partnership (CTP).

We understand the benefits and value military leavers can bring to our team, so we have made a promise to help more people find rewarding work with us. We know that veterans and reservists are highly-skilled, committed and capable employees, who have a wide range of transferable skills to the construction and scaffolding sector.

We promise to help military leavers, veterans and reservists

On Tuesday 28th May 2019, PHD Modular Access Services were honoured to sign the Armed Forces Covenant (AFC), pictured, at Fulham House in Fulham, London. We were honoured to co-sign with Commander Glynn Johns, Chief of Naval Staff Regional Command, and invited current PHD employed veterans, Lorraine Cadle from the CTP, Major Ian Weatherley and Trudy from the AFC to join the celebratory event.

“The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise from the nation that those who serve or have served, and their families, are treated fairly. We are working with businesses, local authorities, charities and community organisations to support the forces through services, policy and projects.” (Gov.uk website)
