Richard Hoare and the PHD team at Papworth Hospital have been delighted to support the Skanska site team over the last few weeks in donating Easter eggs which are being shared with over 20 local charities, schools and hospitals in the Cambridge area. Daniel Thorncroft our site manager is pictured here with some of the eggs PHD donated.

Skanska’s Office Manager Sarah Duffin and Construction Manager Phil Savill visited Papworth hospital’s Cystic Fibrosis Unit earlier this week to surprise patients with a sack full of Cadbury’s chocolate eggs.

“We were expecting to receive around 60 eggs in total, donated by our employees and trade contractors, but so far we’ve collected over 1000!” said Sarah.

“We wanted to do something for some of the smaller charities in the area and it’s been an absolute pleasure to go around and deliver them.”
