PHD WIN CONSTRUCTIONS NEWS SPECIALIST AWARDS “ACCESS & SCAFFOLDING SPECIALIST 2018”

PHD have been awarded the coveted ‘Access & Scaffolding Specialist of the year’ prize at the Construction News Specialist Awards evening held on 8th March.
The award is the culmination of an outstanding year for PHD which has seen continued growth and work on some of London’s most iconic structures.
In an extremely tough category.

The judges were “blown away by PHD Modular Access’ entry” describing the company as “an example of a high performing business from top to bottom. It was clear that the business’ core values were at the heart of everything it did”.

The Construction News awards are the only national awards for specialist contractors, with the winners having impressed during a rigorous judging process involving face-to-face assessment to a panel of industry experts.

We were praised for our ‘delivery of excellent examples of industry best practice’. Particular mention was given to PHD’s work with Project7 Construction to transform the London Stadium and the work PHD undertook with Berkeley Homes at Kensington Row following the Grenfell Tower fire.

“This award is a fantastic achievement for everyone at PHD who have worked extremely hard over the last 12months and beyond and should quite rightly be celebrated by all members of the team. This award is not just a reflection on the excellent people that we invest in but also the clients and contractors who we work collaboratively with.” Danny Dwyer, Managing Director
